To load a floor plan in the drawing window click the drawings tab. Then select a location and floor.
To pan the drawing view simply click and drag your mouse.
To zoom scroll your mouse wheel or press Q and then click and drag up or down.
If necessary click H to return to panning.
Press CTRL+P to print.
Do not use the File>Print menu option or your browser's toolbar button.
Make sure "Current View" is selected from the View dropdown in the print dialog.
